Before installing a new motor ,please pay attention to the screws of the timing cover, it is not tightened, it needs to be disassembled when adjusting the timing, and then correct the timing and install it correctly.
Note: There are two types of paint pen marks on the motors: there are paint pen marks and there are no paint marks. The paint mark means that the correct installation work has been completed, and the absence of paint pen means that the correct installation work has not been completed.
Check and correct the oil pump and fuel injector. Otherwise, impurities enter the fuel nozzle and get stuck, causing white smoke to appear in the exhaust. Or the fuel injection volume is too large and incomplete combustion, resulting in black smoke from the exhaust. Severe poor atomization of the fuel injector will cause the piston to Melt the top or pull the cylinder.
It is strictly forbidden for new machines and basic machines to run in at idle speed for more than 3 to 5 minutes.
The running-in period is 2,000 kilometers. Overweight and high-speed driving are strictly prohibited during the running-in period.
The new three filters (air filter, machine filter, diesel filter) from the original factory must be used, clean the oil circuit, intercooler, clean empty pipes and seal air intake system well (check whether the air filter assembly, air intake duct, and air intake pipe are damaged).
After installing the EFI model, check whether the EGR cooler is leaking, and plug it into the computer system to check whether all electronic control systems are normal.
Please use the correct and original standard engine oil.
